Ordinances continued in force
Ordinances adopted by the Commission du salaire minimum concerning matters which may be the object of a regulation under sections 88 and 89 remain in force, in respect of matters that can be regulated, until they are repealed, amended or replaced by a regulation made under the said sections. Such ordinances have, for the purposes of this Act, the same value and effect as a regulation made under this Act.
Exception
Notwithstanding section 52, an employee contemplated in subparagraph b of paragraph 4 of section 89 shall have a standard workweek only from the coming into force of the regulation fixing it.
