Section 81.17.5

Absences of reservists employees

An employee who is absent for one of the reasons set out in section 81.17.1 for a period greater than 12 weeks may not be absent again for one of those reasons before the expiry of a period of 12 months from the date of the return to work.

Interpretation: A period of 12 months must expire between two absences of over 12 weeks in order to carry out a Canadian Forces mission.
