Inquiry
In proceeding with an inquiry, the Commission or any person designated by it for such purpose may:
- enter at any reasonable time any place of work or establishment of an employer and make an inspection thereof; such inspection may include the examination of registers, books, accounts, vouchers and other documents;
- require any information regarding the application of this Act or a regulation, and the production of any document related thereto.
