Section 68

One year of uninterrupted service

An employee who, at the end of a reference year, is credited with one year of uninterrupted service with the same employer during that period is entitled to an annual leave of a minimum duration of two consecutive weeks.

Interpretation

The annual leave of an employee who is credited with between one and three years of uninterrupted service with the same employer shall be at least 2 weeks. The employee may demand that the leave be uninterrupted.
