Section 107.1
Review of a decision
The complainant may, within 30 days of receiving the decision referred to in section 107, apply in writing for a review thereof.
The Commission must render a final decision by registered or certified mail within 30 days of receiving the application from the complainant.

- Interpretation

This provision provides for the time period granted the employee to file an application for review as well as the period granted the Commission to render a decision whether to carry out an inquiry.
