Regulations
The Government may, by regulation, wholly or partly exempt certain establishments or categories of establishments for physical, mental or social re-education from this Act and the regulations and, as the case may be, fix labour standards applicable to the persons working in them.

The government has the power to make the Act applicable to or exempt from its application certain categories of employers and employees, through regulation.
