This service is intended for an employer who wishes to appoint, as a representative or a designated employee, one of their employees to act on their behalf with the CNESST and to exercise a right of access to their file concerning their classification and their contribution and to the files relating to the imputation of the cost of the benefits as well as a right of access to the employment injury files the employer themselves may access.
