Use the service Access to the employer's file with the CNESST — External authorization

This service is intended for an employer who wishes to authorize a legal person (company or organization) or a natural person (who operates a business, alone or in partnership) to exercise a right of access to the files held by the CNESST concerning their classification and their contribution and to the files relating to the imputation of the cost of benefits as well as a right of access to the employment injury files the employer themselves may access.
