Registration of your complaint during input

Printing or keeping the summary of your complaint

If you wish to print or keep the summary of your complaint in PDF version, you must do so  when get to step "Declaration and transmission". Once the complaint has been sent, you will no longer be able to print or consult it. Once you have finished printing or saving your document, it is important to click on the button "I wish to file a complaint ” to transmit your complaint.

Official filing of a complaint

The complaint will be officially filed when the course is completed and you have pressed the button "I wish to file a complaint”.
