Labour disruption at Canada Post
The CNESST is following developments in the Canada Post labour disruption closely. Every effort will be made to limit any inconvenience to clients.
Note that only cheque delivery services and communications sent by mail will be affected by the labour disruption.
For workers
Cheque delivery
During the Canada Post labour disruption, the CNESST, in collaboration with the Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, is taking the necessary measures to ensure the following cheques are delivered:
- reimbursement of expenses cheque
- income replacement indemnity cheque
- partial permanent indemnity cheque
- cheque for bodily injury
- death annuity
- crime victim compensation cheque (IVAC)
