You can file a claim for the reimbursement of expenses related to a work accident or occupational disease.

A new automated payment service for medications is now available at pharmacies in Quebec. You can obtain the medications prescribed for the treatment of your employment injury without paying anything if you say that you are receiving benefits from the CNESST and show your health insurance card.

For medications for which reimbursement is not authorized directly at the pharmacy, even if they have been prescribed in connection with the treatment of your employment injury, you may file a reimbursement claim with the CNESST. You must enclose the bill for the medications that you paid for with your claim.
